Service Cancellation
1.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of services by writing to info@tech4logic.com.
- Cancellations made before project initiation may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the scope of preliminary work completed.
- If a project is canceled after initiation, charges will apply for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. This includes time invested in research, design, development, consultation, and documentation.
1.2 Tech 4 Logic-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any service under rare circumstances such as non-payment, breach of contract, misuse of services, or unforeseen internal issues.
In such cases, the client will be notified in writing, and a prorated refund (if applicable) will be issued for any unused portion of prepaid services.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

Note: Refunds will not be issued for:
- Services that have already been rendered
- Missed deadlines due to client-side delays
- Change of mind or scope outside the original agreement
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at info@tech4logic.com with:
- Your full name/company name
- Project/service name
- Invoice/payment ID
- Reason for cancellation/refund request
Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days.
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment (e.g., bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Any international bank charges, conversion fees, or gateway charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our service, we encourage you to first contact us directly. Most issues can be resolved quickly through mutual understanding. If required, disputes will be handled under Indian jurisdiction (Gurugram, Haryana).
